Do the devices come with a warranty?
Warranty depends on the seller and the brand: it is stated on the product page when one applies. If in doubt, ask the seller from the product page before ordering — the answer reaches you in your account.
Can I check the device on delivery?
You pay on receipt, so you see the parcel before paying. If you find a defect after opening it, whether you can return it depends on the seller's published policy.
How does payment work?
You pay in cash when your order arrives, anywhere in Tunisia. Nothing is charged when you order, and no banking details are requested. Online payment will come later.
What are the delivery times and fees?
We deliver to all 24 governorates. Time and cost depend on your zone: both are detailed zone by zone on our Shipping page, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.
Can I return an item?
It depends on the seller: each one publishes their own return policy on their store and product pages, and some accept no returns at all. Where the seller does accept them, you request the return from your orders with the item in its original condition; the seller approves it and agrees with you on how to send it back.
