Craft has one particularity a photo does not always convey: each piece is unique, and slight variations in shade or pattern are normal. The dimensions and material stated by the artisan are in the product specifications.

Why does my piece differ slightly from the photo?
Because it is hand-made: shade, grain or pattern vary from piece to piece. That is a property of hand-made work, not a defect. If an item genuinely does not match its description, report it from your orders: what follows depends on the seller's policy.
Can I order a custom piece?
That depends on the artisan. Contact them from the product page to ask: personalised items are among the categories excluded from returns, so it is better to agree on everything beforehand.
How does payment work?
You pay in cash when your order arrives, anywhere in Tunisia. Nothing is charged when you order, and no banking details are requested. Online payment will come later.
What are the delivery times and fees?
We deliver to all 24 governorates. Time and cost depend on your zone: both are detailed zone by zone on our Shipping page, and the exact amount is shown before you confirm your order.
Can I return an item?
It depends on the seller: each one publishes their own return policy on their store and product pages, and some accept no returns at all. Where the seller does accept them, you request the return from your orders with the item in its original condition; the seller approves it and agrees with you on how to send it back.
Who sells on Tounyx?
Tunisian sellers whose store was approved by our team before going live. Every product page names the store that ships it, and you can open that store's page to see its other items.
